EMDR Therapy

Do you feel like you are being triggered into a past version of yourself?

Confused by how your body is remembering things you can’t explain?

Does it feel like your past keeps coming back and you can’t escape?

You aren’t alone and there is help. EMDR Therapy is a powerful modality to help you move out of the past. We begin the EMDR process by taking the time to ensure you feel completely safe in session. Once you feel grounded and equipped with these regulation tools, we begin identifying past traumas. After identifying these experiences, we ensure you have the necessary resources and coping strategies in place to safely process them. From there, we move into the heart of EMDR: reprocessing past events to reduce their emotional intensity and integrate them in a way that allows healing.

The goal is to help you reclaim a sense of calm, safety, and control, while building resilience that carries into your everyday life. We would love to help you on this journey. More information is available about EMDR therapy.
