Therapy might be right for you if you notice patterns in your thoughts, emotions, or relationships that leave you feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed. If you’re ready to understand yourself more deeply, build tools to manage challenges, and take steps toward lasting change, therapy can help. Even just exploring your experiences in a safe, supportive space can bring clarity and relief, helping you decide what kind of support feels best for you.

During a consultation, we’ll explore what’s brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. I’ll explain my approach to the challenges you’re facing, and together we’ll see if working together feels like the right fit for you.
-
During the initial intake, we’ll review your background, explore what’s been challenging, and discuss your goals for therapy. This helps us establish a foundation and determine the best approach to support your needs.
-
Most clients start by meeting once a week, which allows enough time to process what comes up while keeping momentum in the work. Depending on your needs and goals, we may adjust the frequency over time. Some clients benefit from more frequent sessions at the start, while others move to every other week as they build skills and confidence. Together we will determine a schedule that feels manageable and effective for you.

A Good Faith Estimate is a detailed breakdown of the costs you can expect for therapy services before you begin. It helps you understand the price of your sessions, including the initial intake and follow-up appointments, so you can plan financially and make informed decisions. This estimate is provided in compliance with federal guidelines to ensure transparency and clarity for clients using out-of-network insurance or paying privately.
